This person is responsible for the client's internal administrative logistics. This person will bridge BDAC and your organization. They should be skilled in note-taking, scheduling, communicating with multiple people, setting agendas, making presentations, reporting back to senior staff, sharing pertinent information, responding to emails in a timely fashion, and supporting the continuity of the consultancy for the duration. If there is no such person on staff, BDAC can provide a person to serve in this capacity for an additional fee.
Provide 2-3 sentences that detail why your organization has chosen to initiate the proposed consultancy.
Visit BDAC's consulting and coaching page for our current offerings.
Please note. We only meet with organizations that have a finalized scope of work.
Please note: We are not able to discuss projects without a feasible timeline.
Please note: We are not at liberty to discuss projects that do not have a project budget. Please research market rates for consultants and cultural executives based in NYC. We are not at liberty to find this information out for you without a retainer.
Please note: Most of our clients come to us word of mouth, which has been critical to our fourteen years of service to the arts and culture field.
BDAC is not at liberty to create full proposals for potential clients without a retainer. Considerable time is required to perform such a task and once intellectual property is shared, we are unable to ensure how our proposal will be used in service of your organization's goals and strategic priorities.
We understand that for some organizations this is a standard. In lieu of this, we offer a 30-minute discovery call. During this call, we will discuss the finer points of our process in relation to the organizational collateral requested in this form. If for any reason you are not able to fill out this form completely, please pause and gather the documents and information requested then submit the form. Understand that any project proposal we create is based on the specific needs of your organization which cannot understand until we are working with your community or organization.
If you don't know what you need just yet, BDAC suggests a discovery period which requires a fee to help your organization develop a scope of work and project plan. We cannot figure this out with you during a 30-minute discovery call.
After reading BDAC's proposal policy, please type a note letting us know that this is clear and understood.
